Basic Barista
A course in basic coffee preparation skills which introduces the trainee to the espresso machine, pulling coffee shots, steaming milk for various beverages and cleaning the machine for basic maintenance.
intermediate barista
Building on the basic barsita course, this program builds on perfecting the coffee beverage through grinder and espresso machine maintenance, coffee bean preservation and health requirements when handling food, beverage and packing for consumers.
Master Barista
The master barista delves into the particulars of growing coffee, packaging and storage, machine and equipment breakdown, and developing as a professional barista. An intermediate barista level must be attained through Java Gourmet before commencement of the master barista program.
